Tyrone Henry founded TyCyn & Associates with a straightforward premise: that equitable contracting requires more than good intentions, it requires operational systems, accountability frameworks, equitable policies, and people who understand both sides of the contracting equation.

With deep expertise in supplier engagement, procurement compliance, MWESB/COBID program development, and workforce participation, Tyrone partners with public agencies, prime contractors, and small businesses to translate participation goals into measurable outcomes across the Pacific Northwest.

Cyndy Henry

Cyndy Henry is the operational force behind TyCyn & Associates, ensuring that every client engagement is structured, coordinated, and delivered on time and on scope.

As Co-Owner and Operations Lead, Cyndy oversees program coordination, client communication, and project management across the firm's public agency and contractor engagements. Her background in community health informs a people-centered approach to program delivery — one that keeps diverse stakeholders aligned and engagement processes accessible and responsive.

Cyndy brings direct experience supporting local government initiatives, with a focus on keeping complex, multi-stakeholder programs organized and accountable. She works alongside Tyrone on every engagement to ensure clients receive not just sound strategy but consistent, reliable execution.
